  • Tamper/Scoop Espresso Combo Tool Reviews By Customers
  • After using items around my kitchen and putting off buying a “pricey” item I gave in. I figured I may as well get something durable.

Money well spent. It’s worth every penny.

It has a rounded tamp edge so it packs the coffee perfectly and the scoop measures just enough for 1 or 2 servings. In other words, the scoop doesn’t overload and you spill coffee everywhere.

This tool is a solid investment if you love espresso – it is easy to use and since it’s all one piece, makes for easier scooping and tamping.

Sure wish I had brought it sooner!

Use it everytime I make coffe – N. Milejczak – Boston, MA
Pretty nice scoop/tamper combo. We use it with our espresso machine and it works great, stopped using any other spoons and tampers. One thing I would prefer if it is solid material and not hallow in the middle. This is not big deal but it would feel little bit more solid.

Stainless Steel Tea Infuser Reviews By Customers
Works well. Got it quickly. I use it in my cup and it works fine.I like the tea better than the bags. I knew what I was getting before I ordered. Am a satisfied customer. Check Special Price!

    Somewhat disappointed – D. Robinson – CA
Not exactly what I expected it to be quality wise. The stainless steel is not the quality I expected it to be, nor is the size I expected it to be. I am from the old school. My mother owned one of these when I was a child, I am 60 yrs. young. Hers was larger and a better quality of stainless steel. She still had it after I became grown. Maybe to some it would be suitable, but I was disappointed. I was looking for it to be the same as my mother’s since it is the same exact style.

holes are too big – Timothy Richards –
While it does it’s job, the holes are too big and a lot of the tea gets through the holes. I would say this is more for whole loose leaf rather than crushed loose leaf tea.

Bad Tea Ball! – Kelly Zimmerman – Washington, DC
This tea infuser does not work with smaller pieces, as in the Teavana Rooibos Chai + Mate blend. All the grit just made its way out of the ball.

Also, it’s not totally easy to get the two halves back together again, though it is possible.

I’d leave this tea ball for larger loose-leaf teas, and for when you’re not in a hurry!

Norpro Grip-EZ Tea Infuser With Cup Reviews By Customers
I got one of these to replace a spoon type infuser that was lost.

This infuser looks nice, works pretty well and it is well made. It is hard to get the ball more than half full because tea spills onto the metal rim and holds the two halves apart. For a single cup of tea, you probably won’t want the ball full anyway!

The only negative I’ve found is that, while the grips do their job when the infuser is completely dry, water gets under them and they are slippery the day after use. The grip would actually be better if the grips were not there (though it would look less inviting)!

Perfect for occasional use! Check Special Price!

Just OK – beware of shoddy packaging! – RaeBee – Rural Oregon, USA
I purchased 2 of the Norpro Grip-EZ Infusers and 1 of the Norpro Push’N Fill to give as stocking stuffer gifts. The Norpro Grip-EZ Tea Infusers were definitely lower quality and due to the poor packaging had completely come apart in transit and were rolling around in the box. The mesh on both had been smashed in a bit. I was able to re-shape them and they are still usable for me, but not worthy as gifts as I had originally intended. The Norpro Push’N Fill was in a sturdy box and arrived in good condition. The mesh on the Push’N Fill was much sturdier, as well. If you want something that’s going to last spend a few more dollars and get the better product. The Grip-EZ seems like something I could pick up at the dollar store.

Good price, not very well functioning – J. Ream – CA United States
Received the product in the mail today and decided to give it a try. I wanted it for my loose leaf teas, so I used that. The tea was full-leaf and it did not fit into the infuser. Could not get even a full teaspoon inside. Plus, when closed, the stems stick out causing sediment to filter to the bottom of the cup (I am looking at it now).

Also, as with another review — the plastic handles do spin, causing it to be awkward to hold. I will be getting a cup style infuser tonight.

Norpro Decorative Tea Strainer with Cup Reviews By Customers
We bought this knowing it wouldn’t be used for tea, but needed a small strainer and this was perfect. Our intended use was and is to pour our percolated coffee through when camping to catch any escaped coffee grounds. It’s exactly what we needed and works great. Just set over the coffee cup and pour slowly. This purchase was made even better by the fact it’s part of Amazons 4-for-3 deal! Check Save Price!

had to buy more – 7NFan – Colorado
We got 3 of these and then my mother and my husband’s mother both wanted one so we had to go out and get more! They seem to be very popular.

Good quality – John Gault – New England
This is a well made strainer, and for you can’t go wrong…. I use it to catch any stray coffee grounds that may make it out of my french press while decanting. It works perfectly for that purpose.

Does the job, a little small – Stormy –
Does its job, but smaller than I imagined. I wanted a strainer for loose leaf herbs, but this is more just for tea where its more concentrated, less bulky. I also have to fill the cup to the very top in order to steep the tea leaves, it doesn’t hang down into the cup very far. If I could do it again, I would keep searching off-line for the right strainer.
