I drink a *lot* of tea, and have used many different infusers over the years. This infuser is of a simple, clean design, without too many moving parts to wear out. It’s easy to use, easy to clean (and dishwasher-safe), made of sturdy materials, and (best of all) makes a nice cup of tea. I have bought six in the past 2 months either to use at home or give as gifts. I can’t think of any drawbacks to this product. Happy cuppas! Check Save Price!

it’s working okay. it does the job, with a tiny little bit of leaf leaking out. easy to clean. but as some other people said, with (inclusing shipping), you’d expect it to be perfectly sleek. (which it’s not.)
it’s a very good idea, but….. really… they should make it better if they’re charging a piece.
