We have a tea club that meets every friday after work in my home. We try different teas and discuss the differences between them and who likes which kind of tea best. I saw this on Amazon and thought we would give it a try. The tea was very good, as good as many of the other quality loose teas we are use to. What we did not expext in addition to the taste sensation was to have a visual gratification from the tea. We sounded like a group of three year olds, “Pretty” “Oh Pretty”. All in all it was a great hit. I will put the other pacs away for a few weeks and then pull them out so we can enjoy this tea all over again. P.S. I did have to purchase a glass pot, we could not have enjoyed the visual aspect of this tea in our regular tea pot. Check Special Price!

I first saw these tea bulbs in Shanghai and I was pleasantly surprised to find Amazon sold them for much less. I love green tea with jasmine, and watching the bulb unfold into a floral work of art is amazing.

As Erma Bombeck once said, it was a “pantyhose on backward” kind of day. Raining outside and maybe a little bit inside, too.

I had been trying the different Primula flowering teas and had held back on this one, mostly because I enjoyed the others so well. But, my nose was stuffed up, and what was better than peppermint?

This turned out to be much milder than many of the peppermint teas I have enjoyed in the past (all of the primula white teas I have tried have been very mild.) Like the others, it had a hint of jasmine, and a very light tea flavor.

I know all of the flowers are different, but the first one I used had a pink “clover” with the white flowers attached. It was lovely. As I mentioned the peppermint was more of a hint than an overpowering scent, so I picture this more for a mild, sunny afternoon than for the rainy day I chose.

While I purchased the actual Primula pot to brew the teas, they are also very lovely in a clear coffee carafe! And, while I enjoyed this particular version, my favorite so far has been the peach flavored tea. Check Save Price!

I love the primula tea flowers. I have tried the White tea with a hint of peach and the Green Tea with a hint of jasmine. The White Tea and Peppermint is my favorite with the white tea and peach a close 2nd. They are all so delicately flavored and beautiful to look at. I love to serve the tea flowers to guests and watch them delight in the flowers unfolding before their eyes. I also like that you can reuse the tea flower up to 3 times in a 24 hour period. Very cost effective.

I’ve begun using these flowering teas after purchasing the Primula Flowering Tea Set with 40-Ounce Pot, 6 Flowering Teas, Loose Tea Variety Pack. This is the second one I’ve tried, and for flavor, so far this is my favorite. Each of the flowers is in a sealed foil pouch, so they remain fresh for a long time. I was impressed that each one had a “best if used by” date.

The flavor of this variety has a hint of jasmine (but just the tiniest hint) and a very light taste of peach as well. Since it is a white tea, there is a minimum amount of caffeine. Each flower makes a full 40 ounces (and can be re-used). I drink it alone, so I ended up refrigerating the remainder. It tasted wonderful the next day as an iced tea. Often, flavored teas have an aftertaste, but this did not! I enjoy my tea with a touch of sweetener, and I did add it to this tea.

The flowers vary, some are more beautiful than others, but they are all enjoyable. In this package, even at full price, each blossom is very reasonable and and fills an entire teapot (not just a cup), so I will not be reusing them unless I am making a larger amount for a group. The flowers do tend to “fall apart” if reused. .

If you do not want to purchase a special glass tea pot,a clear coffeemaker carafe can be a very nice way to allow the flower to fully open so that you can enjoy both the beauty and the tea. Check Save Price!

Most Fragrant and beautiful tea I’ve had – Anna Saunders – Orlando, FL
The first time I’ve seen this tea on TV I thought it was beautiful! Then I bought it and to my honest surprise it doesn’t only look beautiful but it tastes amazing! The flavor, the smell, everything about it is great. It comes in a small vacuum package with each tea ball individually. Price is also acceptable. Overall, it is absolutely a great buy and I would recommend it.

I purchased these to go along with my new Primula Flowering Tea Set with 40-Ounce Pot, 6 Flowering Teas, Loose Tea Variety Pack. While the pot came with Jasmine, I enjoy a mild tea, and the White Tea with Vanilla seemed a good choice.

I just made my first pot, and I am very impressed. Not only do the flowers have all of the color (mine were similar to the Pinkish red and white ones in the photos), but the tea is wonderful.

I ended up taking a long phone call after I poured my first cup, and the second cup was a little stronger, but still very mild. It has a gentle vanilla flavor, with a touch of tea – obviously, the white tea is a very nice blend – no aftertaste, just a gentle, soothing flavor.

I think the price is very good as well, since this doesn’t just make 12 cups, it makes 12 pots (or up to 36 pots if you take advantage and reuse them as the instructions say)of just over a quart of tea. And, they are individually wrapped to keep them fresh – a very nice touch!

Fun to watch and tastes good too – M. Dowling – New Jersey
These teas are fun and I think they make great gifts. They come in a small dehydrated ball which blooms into a pretty flower in hot water. They are best enjoyed in a glass teapot (though I do not recommend the Primula black plastic & glass one). They taste good and are fun to watch bloom.
